【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforandmethodsoftestingoforganiccoatingswhichareappliedtometallicprocessengineeringequipmentthatwillcomeincontactwithchemicalsubstances(liquids,solidsandgases).Therequirementsspecifiedheremaybeusedforthepurposesofqualitycontrol(e.g.asagreedbetweenthecontractpartnersorbeengivenbynationalregulations).ThestandarddoesnotcovercoatingsasinENISO12944-1,butitdoesapplytocoatingswhichserveoneormoreofthefollowingpurposes:—toprotectthecomponentfromadverseeffectsofaggressivesubstances;—toprotectwaters(e.g.groundwater)againsthazardoussubstances;—toprotectthechargefrombecomingcontaminatedbycomponentsreleasedfromthesubstratematerial;—toachieveaparticularsurfaceproperties.*Thedescribedcoatingsaretobeusedformetallicprocessengineeringequipmentthatwillcomeincontactwithchemicalsubstances.Thedifferentcoatingsystemsare:—laminatecoatingsystemswhichcontaincold-curingresins;—trowelledcoatingwhichcontaincold-curingresins;—sprayedcoatingsystemswhichcontainresins(inspecialcases,suchcoatingsmayalsobeappliedbybrushing,rolling,flowcoating,dipping,orbyothermeans,suchasprovidingsleevingfornozzles);—powdercoatingsystemswhichcontainorganicmaterials(powdercoatingsmaybeusedascorrosionpro?tectionorfornon-stickpurposes).FordesignandpreparationofsubstrateseeEN14879-1.
