【摘要】:ThispartofISO15156givesrequirementsandrecommendationsfortheselectionandqualificationofcarbonandlow-alloysteelsforserviceinequipmentusedinoilandnaturalgasproductionandnaturalgastreatmentplantsinHS-containingenvironments,whosefailurecanposearisktothehealthandsafetyofthepublicandpersonnelortotheenvironment.Itcanbeappliedtohelptoavoidcostlycorrosiondamagetotheequipmentitself.Itsupplements,butdoesnotreplace,thematerialsrequirementsoftheappropriatedesigncodes,standardsorregulations.ThispartofISO15156addressestheresistanceofthesesteelstodamagethatcanbecausedbysulfidestress-cracking(SSC)andtherelatedphenomenaofstress-orientedhydrogen-inducedcracking(SOHIC)andsoft-zonecracking(SZC).ThispartofISO15156alsoaddressestheresistanceofthesesteelstohydrogen-inducedcracking(HIC)anditspossibledevelopmentintostepwisecracking(SWC).ThispartofISO15156isconcernedonlywithcracking.Lossofmaterialbygeneral(massloss)orlocalizedcorrosionisnotaddressed.Table1providesanon-exhaustivelistofequipmenttowhichthispartofISO15156isapplicable,includingpermittedexclusions.ThispartofISO15156appliestothequalificationandselectionofmaterialsforequipmentdesignedandconstructedusingconventionalelasticdesigncriteria.Fordesignsutilizingplasticcriteria(e.g.strain-basedandlimit-statedesigns),seeISO15156-1:2009,Clause5.AnnexAlistsSSC-resistantcarbonandlowalloysteels,andA.2.4includesrequirementsfortheuseofcastirons.ThispartofISO15156isnotnecessarilysuitableforapplicationtoequipmentusedinrefiningordownstreamprocessesandequipment.

本标准是GB12476的第2部分，等同采用IEC 61241-1-2：1999。
本标准规定了可燃性粉尘环境中用外壳和限制表面温度保护的电气设备的选择、安装和维护导则。
本标准不适用于那些不需要大气中的氧即可燃烧的炸药粉尘或自燃引火物质。
本标准不包括其他防爆型式，只适用于外壳和限制表面温的保护的电气设备。
