【摘要】:TheCKEfurnishesanindex,designatedastheKfactor,thatindicatestheaggregateparticleroughnessandsurfacecapacitybasedonporosity.TheCKEisusedaspartoftheHveemmixdesignproceduretodeterminetheapproximatebitumenratio(ABR),asshowninAppendixX1.However,thereareotherapplicationssuchasdeterminingthecoarseaggregatefractionconstant(Kc)foruseasanaidinselectingabitumencontentforopen-gradedfrictioncourses.1.1Thistestmethoddeterminesthecentrifugekerosineequivalent(CKE)ofaggregateusedinbituminousmixtures.1.2UnitsofMeasure:1.2.1Withregardtosievesizesandsizeofaggregateasdeterminedbytheuseoftestingsieves,thevaluesininch-poundunitsareshownfortheconvenienceoftheuser,butthestandardsievedesignationshowninparenthesesisthestandardvalueasstatedinSpecificationE11.1.2.2Withregardtootherunitsofmeasure,thevaluesshowninparenthesesareforinformationpurposes.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,see7.1.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesrequirementsforthedesign,fabrication,inspection,testingandverificationofGRPtanksandvesselswithorwithoutThermoplasticsliningforstorageorprocessingoffluids,factorymadeorsitebuilt,nonpressurisedorpressurisedupto10bar,foruseaboveground.ThetermsvesselsandtanksasusedinthisEuropeanStandardincludebranchesuptothepointofconnectiontopipeworkorotherequipmentbyboltingandsupports,bracketsorotherattachmentsbondeddirectlytotheshell.Inadditiontothedefinitiverequirements,thisEuropeanStandardalsorequirestheitemsinClause5tobefullydocumented.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversvesselsandtankssubjecttotemperaturesbetween-40℃and+120℃.NOTEItispossiblethatfutureadvancesinresintechnologywouldallowtanksandvesselstobeconsideredforoperatingtemperaturesabove+120℃.Shouldsuchasituationariseandamanufacturerwishestotakeadvantageofsuchdevelopments,thenallotherrequirementsofthestandardshallbemaintainedandsuchtanksandvesselsshallonlybedesignedinaccordancewiththeadvanceddesignmethodgivenin7.8.3.ExcludedfromthisEuropeanStandardare:--tanksandvesselsforthetransportoffluids;--undergroundstoragetanks;--sphericalvessels;--vesselsandtanksofirregularshape;--tanksandvesselswithdoublecontainment;--tanksandvesselswhicharesubjecttotheriskofexplosion,orfailureofwhichmaycauseanemissionofradioactivity;--specificationforfibrereinforcedcisternsofonepieceandsectionalconstructionforthestorage,aboveground,ofcoldwater(seeEN13280:2001).
