【摘要】:ISO11146-2:2005specifiesmethodsformeasuringbeamwidths(diameter),divergenceanglesandbeampropagationratiosoflaserbeams.ISO11146-2:2005isapplicabletogeneralastigmaticbeamsorunknowntypesofbeams.Forstigmaticandsimpleastigmaticbeams,ISO11146-1isapplicable.WithinISO11146-2:2005,thedescriptionoflaserbeamsisaccomplishedbymeansofthesecondordermomentsoftheWignerdistributionratherthanphysicalquantitiessuchasbeamwidthsanddivergenceangles.HoweverthesephysicalquantitiesarecloselyrelatedtothesecondordermomentsoftheWignerdistribution.InISO/TR11146-3,formulaearegiventocalculateallrelevantphysicalquantitiesfromthemeasuredsecondordermoments.
