适用范围
本规范规定了我国电力部进口252(245)- 550kV交流高压断路器和隔离开关的技术要求，以便加强对进口设备的管理，统一进口设备的基本技术规范，保证安全运行。
执行本规范时，尚应同时遵守中华人民共和国电力行业标准DL/T593-1996《高压开关设备的共用订货技术导则》。
